 So my question is, I have no clue how to calculate fields in forms. The video below is exactly what I am trying to do, minus the mail section.. We are trying to auto calulate our budgets like in the video

We have office 2011 for Mac, I recently saw this video provided by your services http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XqF8mzaaY0o but that is for 2007 and I am so lost in how to work this method in 2011.

Is there any way to do the same procedure but for my version of Word. The auto calculation with the field is exactly what I am trying to do, I was just happy to find it in such good detail as you guys provided.
